Thoughts for the New Year
Happy New Year Friends! Hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season! I know I did! But let me ask, are you over it already? Me Too! So glad to be turning the page and entering a new year. I don’t know why but this year I feel especially motivated to start with a clean slate.
The Christmas decor is gone and I already made not 1 but 2 trips to the local donation center with stuff. And I plan to make more. I’ve been thinking about what I want this upcoming year to look like. My own personal vision board in my head. It looks a little something like this.
Ever felt so worried you couldn’t fall asleep the night before a meeting with your boss? Maybe your palms sweat whenever you think about having the where-do-you-see-this-going talk with your partner. No one knows what the future holds, and wondering how work or relationship situations will turn out is pretty normal. Or, maybe you’re more concerned about less ordinary events, including natural disasters, losing loved ones, or global pandemics.
Anticipatory anxiety describes fear and worry around bad things that could happen. It can happen in a lot of different contexts, but it commonly focuses on things you can’t predict or control. This is why many doctors have found good use of the CBD oil for anxiety which is sold online. For more details, you can check ExhaleWell here.
I personally find the CBD in highest potency effective for me. Aside from promoting a healthy nervous system and reducing anxiety and depression, CBD may also help increase your energy levels. That’s why I’m considering to grow cannabis of my own, I discovered these cannabis seeds for sale which I am planning to grow!
Fresh, Clean, Healthy, Happy. And Organized.
Hope you’ll join me this year as these words unfold in my life. I’ll be sure to share it all here. If you have any words or themes for the new year running though your head I hope you’ll leave a comment with them below!
And don’t forget to say hi on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest.
